Job Responsibilities

As a Marketing Manager for AIMS (Advanced Institutional Management System), you will:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our Educational Management Software to schools, colleges, and universities.
  • Identify and analyze market trends to align product offerings with client needs.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, case studies, blogs, and digital ads.
  • Manage online campaigns to boost lead generation and enhance brand visibility.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to drive customer acquisition and retention.
  • Organize and participate in educational expos, seminars, and webinars to demonstrate our software.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, utilizing data to optimize future campaigns.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including educators, administrators, and decision-makers.

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • MBA in Marketing or a related discipline is a plus.
  • Experience Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in the technology or education sector.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
