Step 1: In the Add Student (Short Form) or Create Student (Long Form).
Step 2: Choose the Class and Section to display the relevant fee structure.
Step 3: Check the Assign Fee option. The form will expand to show fee-related options.
Step 4: Select the applicable Fee Group.
Step 5: Choose the Month of the Session. The Due Date for fee payment will be automatically set.
Step 6: Enter a percentage discount (%) or a fixed amount (if any).
Step 7: Click Save & Close to finalize the fee assignment. Click Save & New to assign fees to another student. Note that the assigned fees will now be linked to the student profile.
Step 8: Use the Action ( green) button to:
• Edit Fee Assignments
• Delete Assigned Fees
• Collect Fee
